Mebelkart – Fraud in terms of product-delivery

I have placed an order on 18th DEC’15 on Mebelkart.com for a 3 door Wardobe,for which I had made payment in advance via. Online mode i.e. from my debit card of Amount Rs. 11,990/- & now am facing huge problem as they have been passing the date of Delivery of product for almost a month.

they have committed to deliver the product within Max. limit of 15-16 days . Also I had an option to track my order through the ‘Track Order Option’. But It has not been shipped till date.

No response I am getting from their CCE number …Phone : +91-8067978888 (10:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday)

Please kindly help me out to solve this problem..
