I had passed my 6th sem.examination in may 2013.but i have not received my DMC yet.when i goes to employee they sent me one office to another office.they do not give hid to my complaint and said that i have to make application for duplicate DMC which cost me 300 rupees.but why i bear this fine when i have no fault.my roll no.is-3974380, and my registration no. is 10 rur 3235.sir please help me ,i am getting frustrate
