Had deposit rs 1 lakh with complainee for monthly return on deposited amount. Client code with the
complainee is RTL01492403 . there is option for refund of deposited amount within 1 working day
from the request date if the request is made from email id registered with the complainee. Refund
request was sent on 13/05/2015 . Till this date no refund has been done.
