We five friends booked 2 plots each with Maxworth Reality India Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore in their Max Residecy Project near IVC Rd in Oct. 2010 by paying 1.0 lac. We paid 30% amount in Jan 2011 and agreement was made in Mar 2011 assuring us plot registration in 180 days. Max has never informed anything after this. We kept following up with their executives which are reluctant to meet us, pick up calls and no reply for emails.
After continuous follow ups by visiting their office, Max informed us in Feb 2014 that now they are doing plot registration as per BIAAPA norms but previously booked plots are not available, we have to choose new location in Max Residency Phase III and pay total 70 % amount and remaining in 6 interest free EMIs. Plots will be registered in a months time after lok Shaba election results. We paid the amount but they did not inform anything. We come to know that they raised money as their MD was fighting election. Many others customers are suffering with this. We requested money back with interest, they promised by Dec 2014. They did not refund our money. Now they have stopped responding completely.
We are in great frustration now as to what to do. We are worried that we may loose our hard earned money.
