MAXWORTH REALTY ARE CHEATERS – BE CAREFUL

There are so many cases of cheating by Maxworth Realty, Bangalore. I am also a victim cheated by Maxworth Realty. I had booked plot in Max Spandana, Myosre road and Max geetanjali and paid Rs. 2.70 lakhs in 2012. But till date the project is not ready. When they failed to provide the plot I asked for refund of money in Jan 2015. They told one month notice is required for refund as per company norms. I started asking refund from Feb. 2015. They stopped responding to my phone calls. I visited personally, also got video and audio of the discussion promising the refund within next 2 days every time. I had discussion with Abdul Rehmaan, Mahadev and Roopesh. After that they are not attending to my phone calls. I have called many times a day at different timings but they never picked my call.
There are so many people like me who got cheated by Maxworth. I request all of them to come together and fight from single platform. Simply posting on the blogs do not solve the problem. Let us fight legally and approach media also with all the proof we have so that other people who want to invest in Maxworth will be cautious. Managing Director of Maxworth Mr. Keshava is misleading people through Shankara Channel. Many people may believe it to be true but the fact is Maxworth is a fraud company.
