I had booked a 1 BHK flat in project namely Red Apple Homz, NH-58, Raj Nagar Exten. Ghaziabad on 22 Aug 2012 at Rs. 11,83,703 /- against which initially i had paid Rs. 2,22,798 /-
As per representation and terms of booking it was promised by company that the possession of the flat shall be handed over to me within 3 year from the date of my booking which is already expired on 22nd Aug 2015.I have visited the site and it does not look like that the possession of my flat is possible to handed over to me anywhere in the near future since they have not even started the excavation work till date even after the lapse of 3 and half year.
Moreover, without my knowledge or consent they have increased the super area of the flat from 507 Sq.ft. to 599Sq.ft., consequently the total cost of the flat got increased from Rs.11,83,703/- to Rs.14,86,261/- which is absolutely illegal and unlawful.
I have made numerous phone calls and asked about the matter with there officials but despite all my pleadings they have not given any appropriate answer to me,which show there malafide intentions.
based upon cheating and fraud i request you to intervene the matter and help me to refund my amount with interest.
