I have booked a 1BHK flat in Lodha Palava Downtown in Dombivli on 8th March, 2015 by paying the advance payment of Rs. 45,000. All the transaction (meeting with Lodha executives, payment & all sort of communication) was done in Bangalore as I work there. The meeting was done @The Oberoi, Bangalore where the Lodha Developers have the business center.
As per the schedule the booking amount should have been Rs 27,000 for the flat I opted and this was not communicated to me at time of booking and payment.
The promises that were made at the time of booking were not shared in any appropriate format like email, letter etc.
After considering and studying number of points of this project, I opted to cancel the booking the very next day. I was then informed that the booking amount will not be refunded.
Please guide me to move ahead in an appropriate way so that I can get my hard earned money back from the Lodha developers.
