Hi,

I have order a laptop through online from letsbuymobile on 25/09/2014 and App#LBM25099047 with the processing fee Rs.999.00.
Few days after received a message stating that application has been cancelled without any reason and for the same processing fee Rs.999.00 was not credited in my account. Again received a message later stating that we could not refund your money instead of that we will send the watch but till the date (29/10/2014) not yet received and no proper response through customer care number also.

Most of the time Customer Care executive told me we dispatch your watch today. I want to ask you when today are comes for Customer Care Executive.

Please help on this matter.
