RESPCTED SIR I BOUGHT A LENOVO PHONE VIA FLIPCART. IT HAS VERY POOR QUALITY. I SHOWED IT AT THEIR SERVICE CENTER IN RDC RAJNAGAR GHAZIABAD AND NEHRU PLACE DELHI. THEY TOOK MY PHONE ON 16 JAN 2016 AND RETURNED IT ON 28TH JANUARY 2016. BUT PROBLEMS ARE AS IT WERE EARLIER. WHEN I SAID THEM THEY TOLD THAT AFTER UPDATION OF THE SYSTEM ALL THE PROBLEMS WOULD BE SOLVED. I TRIED IT UPDATE 3 TIMES BUT EACH TIME IT FAILED. WHEN I UPDATE IT IT TAKES HOURS DOWNLOADING THE UPDATE DATA AND WHEN IT INSTALLS IT THE INSTALLATION IS FAILED. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED OF LENOVO AND THEIR PERSONNEL.NEVERTHELESS I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BUT NO SOLUTION. SO I REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME. I HAVE BEEN LOSSING MY VALUABLE TIME AND ABILITIES DUE TO NUISANSE CAUSED BY LENOVO. IF LENOVO KEEPS MY PHONE FOR SO MUCH TIME THAT SHOULD PROVIDE ME ANOTHER PHONE SO THAT MY LOSS MIGHT BE COMPENSATED UPTO AN EXTENT.
