The departure timing of my bus today I.e;22-06-2019 is 8am from Khammam to Hyderabad but still when I enquired at the counter he informed that the driver has not been arrived at bus depot yet . These are irresponsible services of tsrtc as well as the driver..Atleast now some action should be taken and let the customers not face inconvenience.The ambience in the bus is too worst .
