i booked a shop in Centrade Buisness Park under assured return plan. Now they are refusing assured return and unilaterally increasing the area of shop by 120 sq feet

Dear All,
I have invested in KRASA in the year 2014 in their project CENTRADE BUSINESS PARK, and till today, i haven’t been able to get the MOU as well.
I have filed a case against the Builder in Consumer Court and am also planning to file a petition in NCLT against this Fraud Builder.
I request you to please come together and let join hands against this Fraud builder.
They have been duping the Buyers for so many years and not even accepting the Court Notices at their registered Addresses.!!
