I booked flat with Kolte patil’s life republic project in 4th avenue on feb 2012. Agreed date of possesion was March,2015. Even after almost an year, there is no communication from their side about possession. On consistent follow ups, they are now blaming government officials for causing delay.
KP is totally untrustworthy. They always gives you false commitment and vague answers.
It was all very frustrating experience for me. If you don’t want to suffer, please avoid investing in KP’s project.
