I had pay 1st installment of Rs-630.00 on date-29.10.2015 at 1.15pm at your branch Name funtastic holidays ICICI Bank Account no-033005005832-Branch name Anand vihar new Delhi.and also i submiteed my pan card ,Aadhar card and two photographs copy, but till date my product is not received. i call many time to your branch but phone is switched off.
please look into this matter and solved the problem as soon as possible.
