The clear understanding was that the buyer is not to pay any amount till possion is given by the builder. Possession was to be given latest by 2014. Bank started sending EMI cheques,a year back, builder is not responding.
We want that flats should be handed over to us immediately, and till than 18% compound intrest should be paid .
