I have booked 2 bhk flat in D building in Aug2012. Since that day I was not guaranteed or confirmed of parking open/close.
Inspite of personally going & doing enquiry on site hundered of times I was never confirmed of parking availability.
I dropped regular emails about parking concerns and updates but was never got positive response; rather never got any response from them.
Now the final payment was remaining and I argued that I will not pay final payment untill my parking issue is solved then their post sales team woke up and responded.
I had 1-1 talk and was surprised to know that the person (Praful Jaware) to whom I dropped/included parking concern-email says we never said there was no parking available.
Now I’m in a bad situation where they are not giving me parking and Im not paying final payment.
