Buider of River residency, Moshi, Pune area ishwar parmar group have been following many unlawful activities of which that I have major issue with is parking allotment. I have been given allotment letter of BP-114 parking slot allocation as of June-14 and the actual space is still occupied by the builder. Most frustrating part is no one responds to written communication and if I go and ask they give me white lies saying the space would be vacated within a week or two.
They also refuse to pay the money back which they have collected by adjusting amount towards floor price but never shown seperately on any demand letter.
I own flat no B-508 in the project.
