IREO RISE Delay possession,wrong commitments and Market Image
With their very good image i bought the flat in IREO rise but suddenly things has changed , i Booked the flat on their commitment of timely possession to give my old parents a happy life as presently residing on third floor which doesn’t suit as per their health conditions. Even after continuous follow ups they are in habit of giving excuses of market conditions and not talking about customer needs. I am feeling harassed with their false commitments. Agreement was done in Aug’11 with the commitment of 30 months + 6 month Grace period.its almost one and half years now they are saying that you need to worry we will compensate you with late payment decided as per agreement.They are charging 18% from customers for delay payment and only 7.50/sq ft(2.5%) as compensation. want to go to consumer court for the injustice and mental harassment.They are also using the tactics of false allegations.Also came to know that they have offered possession To IREO HAMLET consumers without basic amenities and many cases are there under their names now.really i have a reason to worry now. A big question on Ethics
