Sub:Complaint Regarding the delay in delivering mobile handset Application no-0509just9204

Dear sir,

I Mr Sudarshan Karkare has placed a Request for mobile on 8th Sept 2015 and Paid the amount of 2041 /-as Fund Transfer to the Company and I Told By Ms Preeti Arora whose mobile no 9971459566 that send the original copies of kyc documents.As she intimated me that I will rceive it immediately once she receives the payment from my end.

Before making the payment she called me several times to check wether i had done a payment .opnce she received my payment she refused to answer my call .I was still on hopes that I will receive it immediately or may be after few days but now it is more than 15days .They are testing my patience

She had saved my mnobile no and not aswering if i call from my mobiele.But if i called from any other no She immediately receives it

I am logging an FIR to My Nearest Police station complaining about your company that you people are utilising my money and not giving me the delivery.

I will also post this on Media stating that you people are fraud website

Request you to please pay my money back as i want it immediately or I will escalate it
