placed a order for Fujifilm HS50EXR camera on 19th March and paid 19,645 through online transaction. Next 3 days they told me that it was in the process of shipment. on 24th After receiving no update i requested for cancellation. Then they say that they dont have the product and offer to send me another product. I denied the same. Still they are stating that refund and canellation is in process. But do not confirm the same through mail. So I am not able to place the order in any other site also. My coplaints:
1. Why did infibeam acdepted order and taken order from me when they do not have the product.
2. Why did they hide from me that they do not have the product untill I requested for cancellation.

I am looking for quick refund with compensation for trying to cheat me and wasting my time.
