I would like to bring to your notice that i have purchased one flat from Indya estates, they have promised to build the cedar block in january but now if you see the progress you will not see any growth, if you ask for the refund you will be said that they are having shortage of fund. how come a builder develop 2500 apartments with the shortage of fund. Totally fraud project with no proper service, once you pay innitial amount forget it, you wont get it back.
