I have booked flights from Chennai to Raipur on 25 Aug 2015 but I have reached the airport at 5.20AM (flight Dep time 5.55 AM) but indigo empl oyees are n o t allow ing to be boarding, i have requested so much time to indigo employees, but they are treating me as a dog i have missed my interview and so much tension i never faced this kind of experience, i reached 10 mins late only. And I have suffered and my peaceful time everything lost my job also.
Indigo has rescheduled the flight and take off and landing time also they changed, but that time they won’t give any compensate to customers
You should take action against this issue because I so worried this matter last one week my parents also worry regarding this issue because I missed my interview the only region of indigo i never travel in my future and suggested to my friends also
I have traveled air India, spicjet they allowed
I have a complaint regarding this issue to indigo customer care supports more than three times, but they won’t reply and they won’t return my money also
I need my money and compensate from indigo because of indigo employees are treating me as a dog and oi lost my job ect please take action to never do with this other customers also
please take strict action regarding this issue
