I had booked ticket from new delhi to ranchi for two person
travelling date was 05/02/2016 flight detail is 6E 495 dept time was 6.45 am
PNR number was SBFSHT
i reached airport at 5.45 am and there was huge rush at the counter for the boarding when my turn came on the counter at 6.05 am the counter member says they have closed without informing and forced me take the same day high fare ticket
i was literally forced to miss the flight.
i want to cancel and refund my air fare.
