Indian Management Institute – Refusing to Refund

Sir I had taken admission in IMI (Indian Management Institute) for Bachelor of Commerce B.com and my University was JNU and my fees was Rs.45000 Exam fees was Rs.8500 and the rule of this institute was to courier the answer sheets each exam day. This was said by their staffs. Some rules was changed by the university and the institute staffs shifted me to Pariyar University for this same process was applied after finishing the exam I have to courier my answer sheets to the institute. Now they are saying me to come to their location and give the exam from my place to the exam center is of 7 hours of traveling which is not at all possible me to go. That’s why I asked them before when I was taking the admission in Pariyar University they said you have to courier your answer sheets to the institute each exam day. Now they are saying we never told this to anyone before. Then I asked them to refund my entire fees back they are refusing it saying its against the university. Need some serious help what should I do for farther.
