I too have booked in indiabulls greens panvel phase 2 in june 2011…when i entered project rate was 3600/sq.ft and promised by sales person that project will be started in full swing after 3 months and possession of phase 2 will be around 2015-16…almost 3.5 yrs back…still work has not started and they are still struggling for approvals…every time i used to contact him about approvals…always they replied within 3 months work will start…after a long chase with IB customer care and ask for cancellation and refund of my principal amount… they replied 2% will be deducted from ur principal amount…instead of apologize these frauds want my 2 % of principle amount…they are defaulters as they don’t have approvals…how can they deduct as penalty…so guys never ever invest in any of projects related to Indiabulls…they are looteras and chor
