I placed an order for Pazaar Brocade 626508 Golden Mojari – 5 on 25.10.2015, whihc was delivered on 02.11.2015, i ordered for no. 5 but when it actually came it was too big and there was no size tag/identifications on the product, the very same day i made a request for exchange with them, but no response and from that i am continuously following with them, they just make excuses like… you selected this size its not our fault, vendor is not responding… even though i was successful in returning the product , you have to upload a picture of the receipt to prove that you have returned and then you are at mercy of their vendor whether he will accept the return or not………….. and now till date i am just waiting waiting and waiting….. i have lost money, i returned the product also….
Really very pathetic …..NO ONE SHOULD DEAL WITH THEM…….. I ordered the same for a party occasion and now its all over even then there is no response.
