it is kind notice to that, my customer no is 23562 and i am taking the gas cylender randomly from indane gas service and till date i did not get the my last year subsidi 2013. many time has to requst to agency manager but he is not serious about my subsidi.

I wish to inform you that My COSUMBER No.12226799 in the name of Pardeep Kumar, address :- WS-72,Satra Mohalla Basti Sheikh, Jalandhar which has to be actually linked as per my given Aadhar Card with A/c no.751501011001648 of Vijaya Bank.Jalandhar but your H.S.Gas Service G.T.B. NAGAR Branch has wrongly linked the A/C.no. 641510510000641 of Bank of India and subsequently my subsidies are being transferred to that A/c which belongs to someone another.
I have visited your above said branch number of times but they have not bothered to listen to my problem . which compelled me to raise complaint to you .
I strongly believe that your goodself will look into this matter seriously and resolve my problem at the earliest possible and oblige.
