Have a similar case as you’ll. I was approached by iMapp. The Sales team talk sweet. They asked me for Rs 60,000 first. After discussions, it was brought down to Rs 15,000 which I paid. They even drew up the Agreement and signed and sent it.

As per the Agreement, I had 30 days to back out with full amount refunded back to me after 3 months of backing out. I backed out before the 30 days and they sent a mail saying they will refund the money. I was thrilled.

A week passed by and then another. Like this, 2 months passed by. I sent them reminder mails to which I initially got response that their Legal team is looking into it and after sometime, that too stopped. I started calling the Refund Team (document team) and everytime they try to put me to Paridhi or someone sounding like that, there is no response.
