It has been 3 yr, I am trying to get my full and final dues of 40K with Imagination learning systems http://www.imaginationlearning.org/
I requested several time on email and phone call, but Ankit jain (CFO) always make excuses. When I gave a legal notice, then they started negotiating and I agreed to on 25K. They told that it will be paid in 2 instalments. I asked about post dated cheques, then Ankit made excuses that people can fraud them with PD’s. Then he told he will pay 1st instalment on 28th august 2015, which was paid, and another on 28th september 2015 which is yet to be paid. When I contacted Ankit on 28th september, he told it will cleared by 29th Sep, but again not delivered. Till date I cannot see his intention to pay the remaining amount.
I have all the proves of our conversation in written. how he promises and stepped back all are there in emails.
Please suggest me what action can be taken now?
