i have issued duplicate sim on 10/01/2015 from Angel tele world phase-2 dugri Ludhiana they said your mobile will be start on 12/01/15 morning but today at 10.30 am their mobile no. 8437818400 is switch off (this is bad service ) other mobile also switch off
