On 30th May 2014, I bought a new sim card from Idea. The number of the same is 7057845556. I paid Rs. 130 for the same and was told that I will get Rs. 70 talk time and 50MB data on activation. After activation, I recharged my said number with Rs. 449 for 2GB data for 3G and Rs. 150 for full talk time. However, they did not credit my number with talk time and data on activation (Rs. 70 and 50MB resp.). They did so on the next day i.e. 31st May 2014. Due to this, my balance of Rs. 150 talk time and my 2GB data both got cancelled from their system. On calling their customer care number I was informed that the complaint had been noted and the same will be credited within 24 to 48 hours. When the same wasn’t done till Tuesday, I called to be informed ones again that the same will be done within 24-48 hours. Today is Friday and the same has still not been done and all I get from them is that their systems are down or the same will be done within 24-48 hours. In the last call I have been told by one of the many rude agents that the same will be done when it will be done and that if I want, I can go complain about the same. I have spent Rs. 730 for the services and I have got nothing in return. I request you to assist me with this issue. I want them to either give me my dues i.e. Rs. 150 talk time and 2GB data with 3G services or a full refund of the money that I have spent till date i.e. Rs. 730. This has been one of the most horrible experiences till date and I have no issues in suing them if you advice so. Request your assistance.
