Hello Sir,

I was charged interest and service tax during Dec 2015 (Chennai flood) where i did not had a way to pay my card bill. However i contacted customer care and reported this and they told that will be waived but it did not happen and then same was added to Jan2016 bill and i had to call again for that. I tried many times to resolve this but ICICI bank customer care not at all responding.
