Company is not delivering ordered product post payments and gives no clear picture and reason for no delivery. My Order #100018987 on 24th March,14 and till date no info of ordered product the following number are also not been answered:1800-3000-1177 and pre sales support number :09022854455
we also visited today to the below address.

And on physical visit we came to know that no company is there with this name and available security told us to report to MIDC police station as many people come over and as IBS Bespoke solutions Pvt ltd or dejavu is fraud company.

On 16 th of march I booked one order thorough online from the website DEJAVUTRENDS.COM till after 20 days of booking the product they didn’t shipped the product and always giving me the crappy answer that some internal issue they r having and they will ship the product next week end
But didn’t did after that when I asked them to cancel the product booking that also they were not doing .
Finally on 5th april they cancelled the booking and till now on todays date they are not replying me correctly they when they will gone refund my money every time again saying that this weekend they will refund but they do not ….
So sir please do the necessary needful action to help me in getting my money.
