faulty product delivered

i8 Earpods (www.i8earpods.com) manipulate customers to buy a product by showing advertisement different product,once purchased i got a product similar to it(not what i ordered) and that too is not working. Their policy suggest to write a email to them in case of faulty product received,so i dropped mail to them three times but no one is responding and it seems i lost my money.

I have all the details and email proof of it.
