Humanemplyoment.com promised me to give job with 100% refund guarantee, if job/placement is not done (written guarantee) and till date i have paid more than 5 lacks+2 lacks-7 lacks

Now it is more than 1 month, none of the two i.e. MR AVINASH AND RAHUL KUMAR is not responding to my calls and e mails.
Details of complaints
1) They contact me through times job .com a portal for job.
2) In december-2015(last week) MR AVINASH is the person who is dealing with my profile in PHILIPs and promised me for LUCKNOW all the calls and e mail with them with all transection receipt is with me
3) They have telephonically arranged interview, and told me latter that you are disqualified and there is possibility of backdoor entry for which more than 7 lacks money will be required, I have given them
4) The given written assurance on their company pad for refund and back door entry.
5) After lot of false and dubious assurances with unprofessionally approach from them till date nothing was done from their side and know they are not picking the phone and not replying the e mails
6) Till payment proposal they are continuously ringing up ,till payment was done
7) If you are not in position to place me in the job as told by you then refund my complete amount immediately for false promises you have made and ,I do not want to get further cheated by your team
8) www.humanwemployment.com( Chore Career) &Trigensoft Pvt Ltd for making false commitment & accepting money on behalf of other company which is not legal as per companies act 2013, the complaint will be lodged with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs & with all your Channel Partners). Can we book the case of cheating/online cyber-crime (economic offences)/company act-registration of 2 companies with same address/harassing mentally/F.I.R to be initiated earliest.
9) They are not providing their address of Delhi so that we can contact them personally. Sections 66-A(b) and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 along with a host of sections under the Indian Penal Code, , 419 – Cheating by personation, 511-, 420 – Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property, 468 – Forgery for purpose of cheating, 469 – Forgery for purpose of harming and 201 – Causing disappearance of evidence of offence, or giving false information to screen offender read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860)
10) I want by all the money refund back, because you have not given me the job and i don’t want any false promise s
11) So please refund my money, i am the only son in my family and i have taken the money from my friends on loan basis so they are now putting pressure on me.
