hello sir i have purchased the HTC 616 DESIRE mobile on 15-08-2014. from the date of purchased atleast four months my mobile is in service center.
1. i have given mobile in the month of December 2014 and i received after 45 days then also same problem.service center at paradise secunderabad.
2 i have given mobile in the month of march 2015 and i received after 15 days then also same problem.service center at paradise secunderabad.
3 i have given mobile in the month of 03 july 2015 and i received on 22 August 2015 then also same problem.service center at abids secunderabad.
4 i have given mobile in the month of 24 September 2015 and i recived mobile on 29-09-2015 service center at lsy estates, chermas, ameerpet, hyderabad.buit same problem.
i request the htc company to make D.O. of my mobile or give me another model extra amount i will pay. Already your company replaced my mobile but no use. why your company cheating use.
If not i will go to consumer court.
