HRTC buses charge higher fare from its prescribed rate.Coductor argue,wt passenger while passenger in form them actual fare they said that they know the actual fare but they will charge only that fare which machune will show.Earlier i have also made complain in HRTC Shimla but reply since 3moths is awaited.
