I ordered a Kitchen Cabinet from HOUSE FULL INTERNATIONAL LTD. CIN-U45401MH2005PLC158277. PLOT NO-15, C-5, WICEL, MIDC, OPP.SEEPZ MAIN GATE, ANDHRI (E), MUMBAI-400093, On 23rd August and paid Rs 14,800 (Rupees fourteen thousand eight hundred only) using debit card. My order No was 79014, it came for delivery on 14th Sept 2015. As the product was damaged i telephoned customer care of House Full International, the customer care executive suggested me not to take delivery and return with the delivery boy and send them some photographs of damaged parts which i did, after that- following are my correspondence chronologically with House Full International Ltd
1. 17th Sept – I droped a mail asking them to acknowledge my non acceptance of the product and refund the amount.
2. 18th Sept – Rahul Ingle of House full International replied me that by tomorrow you will be updated about the refund status.
3. 21st Sept – As i did not get any reply till 21st, I droped a reminder mail.
4. 22nd Sept – Rahul Ingle replied me that within seven working days he will provide me with refund transaction.
5. 3rd Oct – They have not informed me yet, so i droped a reminder mail.
6. 8th Oct – Jugrati Saitavdekar from Housefull international replied my mail and wrote refund is in process and i will get it within 4/5 working days.
7. 10th Oct – Rahul Ingle again mailed me and wrote it will take 5 working days.
8. 19th Oct – I wrote a reminder mail and no replied till now.
So sir/madam
Please consider my case and help me getting back my hard earned money, for me Rs 14800 is big money.
