Hotel Dolphin International

I Stayed in this hotel (Hotel Dolphin International Varanasi) last week and my experience was pathetic. I ordered for a cup of tea around 10 pm, they took my order but didn’t delivered me tea on time and I waited late for my order. When they delivered tea, waiter asked me for Rs 30 (they claimed to be as 3 start hotel and asking for Rs 30 cash, why not in bill) This is just not it, later I asked for pillows which I never got and i had to sleep without pillows, which was very uncomfortable for me. In morning, I was restless as I didn’t able to sleep properly. Next day @ reception I ordered water and reply I got this reply ” we have only one waiter and he is busy in some other work”.

I suggest all, Never to stay in this Hotel.
