I, Atul Anand have got two holiday vouchers of Holiday Hungama from Family First by paying Rs. 10,000 ( Voucher No. 1509051 and 52). I have read the terms & condition and found that no booking can be done in peak season, vacations like Holi, Diwali and Christmas & New Year. Further 3 destinations are required to be selected with 3 different dates and there should be a gap of at least 7 days in all these. Booking can be done between 45 days to 30 days in advance.
These all conditions are really ridiculous as anyone can go to holiday only on vacations of their children. We have not booked the ticket in New Year vacations though I got the vouchers in November 2013 due to these conditions. Further how anyone can plan for three different destinations with three different dates as all tickets & booking required to be done at least 2 month in advance.
Now I have waited a long and decided to go to ooty Tamilnadu in June 1st to June 3rd as there was no such condition that we cannot book it even in summer vacations. I have tried to book it online first as per the procedure but it is showing that these dates are in exclusion period for this destination. So really these people are making a fool of us.
I request to take some strict action against such companies who are cheating money from people and making them fool.

I agree with Atul. I had exact same experience like him during booking. Only difference is that I got it free. Moreover your bad experience will not end with the booking only.
You will get the worst room of the hotel, and the hotels selected by them will below standard. I got a room at Alore Garde, GOA. Where the rooms are dirty, without any window, sticky bedsheets and damped bathrooms.
I have the same problem. I paid Rs 7000 for these vouchers via a different agency called Finedge.
Finedge happily sold their membership to me with these coupons.
I have been calling the Holiday Hungama team to get the booking but as described by Atul, these policies are really crap and cannot ensure that you get a booking when you actually need it.
Even before they book for the dates required, they want to have the Rs 798 Demand Draft. How can I pay before I know where I am booked at?
Please someone needs to take control on such companies who try to play around and earn quick money by fooling general public.
