this is Murali.

I have booked 2 air tickets together (chennai to delhi) on goibibo website and payment was done using HDFC Smart buy using my hdfc credit card.

Below are details,

I cancelled the ticket on December 31, 2015 and have got confirmation email from goibibo that amount has been credited
back to hdfc smart buy and they would credit back to my credit card account.
It has been more than a month now and i am yet to receive the amount back on my credit card.

they have given couple of reference ids (8549889,8549862) and saying that we have processed them. follow up with credit card department.

but , when i called hdfc credit card, they are saying that the amount is not posted by smartbuy department.
