HDFC Payzapp Complaints & Reviews

Hi Team,I have attached the transaction details here under.I had recharged 400 to tatasky dth on 7th sept,2016 using m-visa option using hdfc payzapp.It was showing the transaction as successful and amount got debited from my credit card but until now the money is not added to dth account.I have checked with tatasky,they claim that there is no transaction happened.I have checked with hdfc payzapp support,they said to contact hdfcbank team.I have sent mail to [email protected]
.Not received any response yet from them.Please do the needful asap
