HDFC Payzapp Complaints & Reviews

I had recharged 400 to tatasky dth on 7th sept,2016 using m-visa option using hdfc payzapp.It was showing the transaction as successful and amount got debited from my credit card but until now the money is not added to dth account.I have checked with tatasky.They claim that no transaction was done as per their records.When I ask payzapp support in the form of feedback,they said to contact,hdfcbank.I have sent mail to hdfcbank([email protected]).Not received any update regarding this yet.
