The builder did not give basic papers, no authorised water connection, no water harvesting system, no solar energy provision. About water supply – he has provided 5 connections (through RTI came to know that the connections are unathorised) while as per Jeevanpradhikaran standard he should have provided 68 connections of 1/2 inch.

How the flat owners can fight for the basic neseccity and jusice?
