After reading all the bad reviews about greentech – i too wanted to share mine. If atleast one person goes back from this fraud-company I am happy.

I bought my plot in 2012 from them -the land was agricultural. the manager assured approval within 2 years of purchase. I paid the EMI and it is 2016 and not yet approved. they blame on current kerala government on this. now they are not pickng phone.

i wonder these were the same guys who smiled and lured me in purchasing the property. many of the houses displayed in their websites comes from other contractors. they are frauds.
