Green Wealth Estates should be rightly called as Red Wealth (Blood Sucking), They have sold plots even after a civil case is pending before the Chengalpet Court, for one of the properties in Thailavaram village, Chengalpet, Kanchipuram district.
And I happen to be one of the owners of the land. I have filed a case against my blood brother (U Nayaz Ali) who is working for HCL Technologies in Integrated Service Delivery Department as technical specialist, Sholinganalur branch in building no 4, who has cheated me and my mother of our property and sold the land through Green Wealth Estates.
36 families have been affected due to this fraud and most of them are laborers
They not only cheat buyers but also the owners, quiet astonishing.
Please don’t have any kind of relationship with them.
