I booked 2 plots at this project nikunj city behror of Grand Sapphire pvt Ltd through viraaj infrastructure on 2012.
Company promised me to give 10% concession if I pay them full amount at one time. I pay them around 10 lakh but now they r neither giving concession nor interest on excess amount.
The company demanded rs 1250 per square yard for internal development charges in advance so I paid them on 2013. Till today there is no work at site.
Company demanded rs 40000 as club charges I paid them on 2013. Till today there is no work at site.
Now company is demanding rs 25000 for security charges.
Till now there is no demarcation of the plot also . Company is not ready for any agreement on these charges. I m very much harassed by the company . Please help me what can I do
