Tried to purchase Home Theater from grabshoppingdeals.com, and paid an amount of Rs. 10,000/- online vide ORDER NO: #100000914 booked on 05.10.2015. Till today there is no response and able to gather information that they have cheated the customers and also shifted their office. We have complained to the banker and the response obtained from merchant is they have declined the reversal of payment. I have observed from the complaint list, there are so many customers who are suffering on non-reversal of payment.
