refund/ return smart watch order

I have placed an order for ciscox thor 4 pro 4g LTE smart watch from website but i was in shock on receiving the so called smart watch and i want to return my watch because they showing different image as original product and what they are showing nothing is in the watch. This is a fraud website/ company. Stay away from these scam people.
