i am trying to write that what i am write ….every thing is written by previous employee this company did not have even good thing…..but there is horror surrounding for employee as well as clients also……talking with client badly than employee have no value.

every one is owner, every one taking reporting of sales person…..and every one was thinking t hat we are equal to indiamart , tradeindia and every big company of same industry…..so i advice to owner to improve the work culture of this company for sales person….

3-4 person taking reporting from sales person….and no apace for employee….to work according them.

conclusion is only kindly join the company before taking his appointment letter and company terms and condition…..this company is not employee friendly company……..they are always behave with employee like “BANDHUA MAJDOOR”…
Yesterday i was resign there…..Mr. Jitender called him and told me i am not give u any FNF . first complete your Diwali month Target…..worked from 3 months and i am give 12 clients mature for this company…….but mostaly client was dissatisfied and responce from company end AND SERVICES ALSO

and they complaints then some responsible person (Mr. Naresh) of company shouting him in their office and out of office.

But Mr. Jitender always warning me about salary…that i do’t know about festive season mature the client and take money from market they never talk about service…..talk about only money……No one can take action for this company.

i just completed my one of responsibility to written this apace. this is formality only….CONSUMER COMPLAINT……they did not dare….SAYS HOTA RAHTA HAI>>>>>KR LO
