Hello,

This a complaint against Global India Shop.
I had paid for an Apple I phone 4 via Demand Draft to this company as I had been selected by them as an IVR Winner in aug 2013.
I paid the money (approx 28000INR) and then they wrote saying I have to pay 7500 Rs more to claim it as I have also been selected for a holiday voucher. I paid for that too and kept waiting for my phone and vouchers.
After that I got no information and finally they emailed saying that Apple Iphone 4 is no longer available and I have to buy Apple Iphone 5 from them by paying Rs 41,000 more. I refused and said they should give me either the Apple 4 and vouchers or refund the money. But they kept pressurizing me to pay and I refused saying that I will file a complaint but they did not bother to even email.
Thereafter I went abroad and on returning I emailed them again but got no response.
I emailed them again today but it seems they no longer have that address anymore.

Kindly resolve this issue-I have lost around 35,000 Rupees and they have duped many people. Such people should be caught and exposed so that others do not meet the same fate.
Please resolve this issue and help me atleast to get the refund.
